Personally, I've always kind of considered the duck-billed platypus to be god's puzzle but no ... as far as Takashi Miike is concerned the real puzzle involves some combination of theoretical physics and romance. This comes as a surprise to me, which is probably part of why I'm sitting in my basement writing about movies, but hey, who am I to argue with Miike?
The latest from the ultra prolific director may very well be his most mainstream oriented film yet - a comic romance between a slacker guitar player and a physics prodigy - but Miike being Miike he has worked his own little twists and turns into things - twists and turns shown off to great effect in the film's new theatrical trailer.
