It appears to have been copied from a French television broadcast and it's from YouTube, which means it's not exactly what you'd call high end video quality, but the first actual footage of upcoming French Charlie Kauffman-esque action comedy JCVD, in which Jean Claude Van Damme stars as himself enduring personal crises while shooting a new action film, has arrived online. This is footage from the bank heist that, as far as I can tell, is the concluding sequence with Van Damme mistaken by police as the thief thanks to the videotaped footage of him throwing a fit when informed that he cannot withdraw any money. Well, that gets a little intense at the end.
This thing takes itself in a new direction every time I see new footage of it. And it looks incredible! I hope the French DVD has English subs, or that it gets a good release here in the States.
