The International Film Festival Rotterdam 2008 will be starting next week, and the press office has just released the list of all premieres this year, be it World premieres, European premieres or International (first time shown outside of their own countries) premieres.
It's a hefty list, with over 100 titles on it, 50 of which are World premieres. Good show, Rotterdam! You can check them out here.
For the first time there are some titles confirmed for the Rotterdämmerung part of the festival (which features, and I quote the website, "monsters, blood and sex"). Yes, "Appleseed Ex Machina" is there but also Paul Krik's "Able Danger" and Tomas Alfredson's vampire movie "Let the Right One in". Other titles include the animated shorts compilation "Fear(s) of the Dark", "Rec." and, as expected, the announced "Dainipponjin" can also be found here.

Thanks Peter, strangely enough the Dutch part of the site shows these titles, while the English does not. Updated the article accordingly.
btw you could also add "Diary of the Dead" to the Rotterdammerung section
