Was alerted to this shocking still from Malaysian director James Lee's upcoming Histeria, in a Yahoogroup thread. Thought it's just too good to not let some of the blood flow through these pages.
Lee is well-known for making slow, ponderous, melancholy dramas such as The Beautiful Washing Machine, Before We Fall In Love Again and Room To Let. But this ... is a little out of character for the director. Which is a really good surprise.
Currently still trailer-less, Histeria, about a bunch of girls in a haunted college and a series of grisly deaths, is set for release sometime next year. I say, bring it on, James!
