Sure, sure, you might be able to take your unlimited budget and make a big, flashy movie about giant robots trampling over humanity, but could you make a movie about tiny, little transforming robots trying to get a peek at a girl changing? Huh? Could you Mr. Bay? Because the Japanese can. And they did. It's called Ochanoma Transformation, it probably cost less than the catering budget on Transformers and the four video clips online make me giggle like a little girl.
