A young, moist, buxom teen vixen finds herself hurled into an odyssey of forbidden sex and unspeakable violence after an innocent evening dabbling in the occult. What started as a simple child's game has now become a fight for her life! What is this evil that she has summoned from beyond? And why does it have a fro? What kind of horrific acts will she be subjected to? And what price will her super-hot, half-nude friends have to pay? But more importantly, how much Caucasian blood will have to be shed to stop....the BLACK DEVIL DOLL?!!
It's just as trashy as the premise demands and very definitely not safe for work, the trailer loaded with all sorts of things employers tend to frown upon. Funny, yes, but I'll be pretty surprised if it can sustain the joke over full feature running time.
These guys are ripping off/riffing on/appropriating the original Black Devil Doll from Hell (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0193013/), which, needless to say, is about as close to the gutter as low-budget film-making gets. I would recommend that the curious seek out the original before bothering with this.

exactly. So this Turner guy made a film about a black doll. So all other films produced after it, that feature a black doll are rip offs?
Guess that makes all the zombie films that have flooded the market since Night Of The Living Dead rip offs too?

Hey, so I have been following the progress of Black Devil Doll for almost two years now, It got to the point where I thought it was never going to see the light of day.
But I finally had the chance to see Black Devil Doll this weekend in Seattle.
Oh boy was I blown the hell away! Everything about Black Devil Doll was amazing, the music, the lighting, the visual and gore FX, the dialog, the puppet, the sex scenes. The film is so damn hilarious, so smart, and so well made I was completely shocked.
The film has unjustly been getting slammed from folks, that haven’t seen it, just because they think its a rip off of Chester Turner’s Black Devil Doll From Hell. Before I saw it I thought to myself, so what if its a rip off? Rip off’s are common place in exploitation cinema, always have been. Anyone complaining that its a rip is not a true exploitation fan, period.
But now that I have seen the film I can tell you it has nothing to do with BDDFH, it shares only the most obvious surface elements with Turner’s film, you really cannot compare the two films at all.
I think quite a few people are going to be owing the director/producers a big apology after they overcome their elitist attitudes and actually see this one. Its nearly perfect in my opinion. You will be surprised trust me, its an instant classic, and I am so happy I had the chance to see it in a theater, something I will be able to brag about in 10-15 years.
