Ah, the AFM can be B-movie heaven. Or ell, of course, depending on your perspective. Sure to be busy at this year's market is US outfit The Asylum, an outfit whose entire output these days are cheap DTV knock offs of big Hollywood films, their release timed to capitalize on Hollywood's marketing dollars for the big pictures. The company's latest flick, a riff on the upcoming I Am Legend, stars Iron Chef-ing martial artist Mark Dacascos as the last surviving human on earth, forced to battle off hordes of the undead. The fact that this has a recognizable str in it makes it an instant step up from most Asylum releases and what can I say? I've got a weak spot for Dacascos ...

I wouldn't be surprised if this ends up being better than the Will Smith flick.
You guys should check out the trailer for Transmorphers that Asylum did. Bay should watch out.

Yes very depressing on some of the stuff he has put out.
Mark should have become one of the main action stars after his Stairway To Heaven was canceled.
If only he had a good Agent/Manager or too bad he didn't get a chance to team up with Wilson Yip for a movie.
