Pushed back a few times from it's originally announced June DVD release date Park Jin-Pyo's acclaimed Voice of a Murderer finally makes it to DVD September 22nd. The latest from the director of You Are My Sunshine, the film has drawn comparisons to Bong Joon-Ho's much loved Memories of Murder, both films being based on highly publicized and unresolved murder cases. Bong's film was the story fo the first Korean serial killer - never captured - while this one is the story of a young boy abducted and later found dead after weeks of ransom demands. Again, the criminal responsible in the actual case was never apprehended.
