We've been anxiously awaiting the arrival of Alexi Tan's Blood Brothers for a good while now, and why not? Sumptuous visuals, a stellar cast, John Woo and Terence Chang in the producers chairs, and a conscious attempt to make the sort of larger than life heroic bloodshed epic that used to be a staple in Hong Kong but has since fallen off the map? It's an Asian film fan's dream. Throw in an initial trailer that was absolutely gorgeous and I was hooked.
And now the official website has launched and includes a second, longer trailer that includes loads of new footage and sheds more light on to the story details. Go. Now.
