A reminder that distribution rights for the late Bruno Mattei's The Jail: A Women's Hell (Anime perse) - a.k.a. "The Jail: l'inferno delle donne" - Island of the Living Dead (L'isola dei morti viventi), and Zombies: The Beginning (Zombi: la creazione) - a sequel to Island of the Living Dead - are being offered for sale by FilmExport Group s.r.l. at this year's Marché du Film in Cannes. All three movies star the lovely Yvette Yzon.

I guess this confirms that ZOMBIES: THE BEGINNING is indeed all finished. I was worried that Mattei's last film may not have been completed before he died. Now let's get those three films onto proper DVDs as soon as possible. The trailers sure indicate that Mattei left us at the top of his game.
