I'll definitely see it if and when it comes to theatres here in BC, but in the mean time. Look on the bright side, Canucks! We might be able to get it off bit torrent before it's in ANY theaters.
That was a joke, of course....
Seriously. I don't get the humour in Aqua Teen. I've seen it several times, after Robot Chicken, on Teletoon and it never gave me more than a brief smile at best. Well, what do you know? It's on TV as I'm typing this. They're making a snot pile.
Whatever. I'm sure it will do really well, due to its fan base.
Shit I love Aqua Teen, not as much as I love Harvey Birdman though (what happened to that anyway?). I've heard soooo much negative things about the movie that I'm afraid to see it.
I say screw em! Somebody download it and set up one of those blow up drive in theatres. Can't steal what's not available here anyway. it'll teach em a lesson.
the movie was *ucking awesome. if your not into aqua teen though, you won't like it so don't watch the movie, those who do, watch it... sucks for canada

I read something about "Limited Release" crap...
Haven't heard anything about a release date for Canada, but it better happen soon.
So far as Harvey Birdman goes... only going to be 39 episodes. They've got one more to make, but don't quite know when. All I know is that I'm going to buy Volume 3 of HB THE day it comes out.
I think it is a load of BS that it isn't being released here. We had a group of 20 in Toronto set to go. Bastards. They will lose the movie to downloaders before the morons release it here.
if you have a chance to see the movie and like the show, watch it. It's quite possibly the funniest thing i've seen [adult-swim] produce, however that's not saying much considering PHF, Tim and Eric Awsome Show, Shin-chan, Saul of the molemen, ect.
but im getting off topic. The movie rule. Watch it.
Do not bring your infant. Leave it in the streets.

For the second time in two years, I am frustrated and a bit sad to begin discovering the work of a great, oft-overlooked filmmaker upon reading news of their death. Such was the case last year with Jean Rollin, whose passing prompted me to dig into his filmography and in turn discover one of the most unique genre filmmakers...

Berlinale 2012 kicks off in three days, and with its vast, diverse international program, preparation is mandatory. So, between stockpiling warm clothes and memorizing how to say "I don't speak German" in German, I've been combing the program and singling out potential highlights in each festival category. I'll be sharing these over the next several days before I depart,...

*Some Spoilers, Fair Warning*Perhaps a goofy co-incidence that Facebook filed with the SEC to launch its $5 Billion (with a B) initial public offering in the same week as this viral/web advertised film hit cinema screens. The dollar value for the filing is itself equal parts news-catcher, market-hubris and ultimately an underscore on where society, in the here and now,...

A new year of indie film has officially kicked off with the completion of Sundance 2012. Will it be the fest faves like Beasts of the Southern Wild or The Surrogate that make big waves over the next 12 months? Perhaps challenging critical darlings like Compliance and Room 237 will find a way to break through. Or will it...

Harvey Birdman is on Teletoon as well.
hahaha ChrisP That's one of the funniest episodes. "Wait are those Clouds on fire?" "Don't worry Carl that's just the flavour beam"
