I'm in the process of putting up my own home theater in my living room. Since becoming a Twitch superstar the dollars have been rolling in and I can finally afford to fulfill my dream. But it's too bad I already bought the projector before seeing this masterpiece. A half scale R2 D2 entertainment unit with a home theater projector. How fucking cool is that? Can you imagine having this thing in your living room really projecting Princess Leia's message to Obi Wan for your entertainment and then later some Jenna Jamesion "help" messages for a more intimate entertainment. But anyway. The company Nikko Home Electronics are selling this bad boy and it's loaded with features. It has it's own dvd player, sound system, Ipod dock and all sorts of shit to make a growing geek happy. Damn I want one. They are also producing the droid as a communication system, meaning your phone, radio, web cam and such. And the cool thing is that it comes with a Millenium Falcon remote. Nice. Don't know yet how much it costs but my guess it's not cheap.
Now if they could only make the scout droid from Empire as a home security system then I'd be really happy.

That is freakin sweet. I wonder how good the keystone is on it. That is something I'd totally be interested in since I haven't bought a projector myself yet.
