It took just a little longer than originally hoped but Brazilian director Carlos Gananian's twenty minute vampire short Akai is now available for download here on Twitch. This is the third Gananian short that we are offering up for download and, in my opinion, his finest piece of work - an atmospheric, haunting piece of work.

Watch this film (easily the best of the three), bearing in mind Poe's The Telltale Heart. I love the fact that the entire short has no dialogue, and is told 100% visually.
Since you guys are giving these films away why not make a torrent file available at a higher quality, maybe even a DVD file?
That would be a neat idea, if it's even an option for you.
Never seen such a quiet, visual character short, on a vampire. Really like it.
I thought of setting up a torrent actually, but have never done it before and was just running out of time ...
A torrent would be a grand idea.
Probably about 180/200MB for a good res for 20 min .avi file.
What tracker would you use though?
