...And no excuses will be accepted if we get a sloppy DVD of this one, AnimEigo (remember the 'Shogun Assasin' release, seen the reactions to 'Trail of Blood'? They're sub-par in relation to the classy work on 'Lone Wolf and Cub'.) because there's a lot of people been waiting for an appearance of this one. I have my old Factory Boot, and yes I too think it's a damn impressive drama with perhaps one of the best central performances in a Miike film. Got to buy this one. Got to. Now, bring on 2007.
Sweet! I saw this at the Philadelphia Film Festival quite a few years back, and remember really loving it (esp. the score). Can't wait to see it again!
