Take a Look at Russian Genre Bender «Путевого Обходчика»

One of the things about covering films made in languages that I understand not one iota of is that I'm frequently stumbling around in the dark. This is the case here.

Путевого Обходчика is a new Russian genre effort, that seems to have an English title of Tracer, though I wouldn't want to swear to that. The trailer, however, is very tasty. It sets up like a crime / action caper, moves into revenge film territory, then goes underground - literally - and body parts start appearing on screen. Production values are good and it stars the lead of the excellent Bimmer films, so you know it's going to be well acted. I just wish understood what was going on ...

Soooo... what the hell is this about? When I ask my friends about this, i'm going to say "have you seen that rapists in a mine shaft trailer?"
also I did a quick babelfish translation of that page and it translates the title as "travelling Inspector" .... hmmmm.. odd

Lead is not from "Bimmer", though he looks similar. The name of this actor is Dmitry Orlov (not Vladimir Vdovichenkov).
