My goodness, Guillermo Del Toro knows how to shoot good looking film. I've just come across some new Pan's Labyrinth stills - new to me at least, and a quick search isn't turning them up elsewhere - on Russian film site Kino Express. Not what you'd call an ugly movie. Nope.
That's my most anticipated film of 2006 right there! I'd say that it's mostly Guillermo Navarro who's responsible for the gorgeous cinematography but nobody working today does monsters as well as del Toro. I pray that this man will eventually be given whatever money he needs and complete creative freedom to make AT THE MOUNTAINS OF MADNESS!
