We wanted to reintroduce the world of horror flicks to teens because they present the grey area of righteousness or evil. Failure of them to survive, would represent the manifestation of pure evil.

noiw 'scared' looks very good, extremely violent and gory - even though it may looks fairly formulaic 'stalk and slash' you cant beat a nice steak through the face and out of the back of the head... looks cool. want to see it.
This may be teen-horror, but certainly not the PG-13 crap that has been appearing from the US of late... that's some hard-core violence!
