The text in the opening flash sequence is an obituary for lead actor Hashimoto Shinya, who it says died of a brain-stem hemorrhage in July. Didn't know he passed away...I remember going to a funky restaurant in Kameido about two and a half years ago to be an extra in this movie, but never got around to seeing it. I believe it was one of the first, if not the first feature films SOD was involved in. It ended up on a few "worst of the year" lists. I'll rent it.

It came out on DVD in Japan back on June 24th 2005. Both CDJapan and YesAsia are selling it under the title "As! Ikkenya Pro-wres". Though apparently the DVD does not have English subtitles.

Does anyone know of a url (preferably in English) where it can be purchased?
