At the moment it's VCD only, and is currently slated for a November 11th release. Now, when done properly VCDs will give better than VHS video quality and this one has the film split over three discs so the video quality should be perfectly passable. This will be the original, unaltered Asian cut and YES it includes English subtitles! Plus it's only ten bucks, so how far wrong can you go, really?

HK DVD likely won't be out until after the Thai disc, which doesn't come until December. I'm planning to get the VCD and then upgrade later ...
