The eagle eyed Logboy spotted a note over at DDDHouse today that says the upcoming Tom Yum Goong VCD will NOT include English subtitles. I've dug around a bit today and come out no clearer ... YesAsia, Buyoyo and Sensasian - reliable sources, all - all say that the VCD WILL include subtitles with DDD House being the only source I can find that says it won't. DDD House also makes a specific note for people not to hold their breath waiting for the eventual Hong Kong DVD, clearly stating that it will not be coming any time soon.
So, I'm goingto continue on the assumption that the VCD does include subs since that side's got force of numbers at the moment, but be aware that subs are not a certainty ...

Yes asia just updated thier vcd specs to verify NO SUBS IN ENGLISH :(
For various reasons.. lemme just say "FUCK".
No different than when Ongbak was released on DVD in stores in thailand there was no english subs what so ever i have my original thai dvd and also the international australian version with eng subs but for tom yum goong even though parts filmed in aussie the thais won't put english subs on there just lazy
