You're probably tired of Park Chan-Wook interviews already (are you?), but a recent one he took with Star News (reprinted at Yahoo Korea) reveals some interesting additional details about his future projects. Here's the crucial parts:
Your future project is about a Cyborg girl, right? But why are you following the story of the Manga 最終兵器彼女 (She, The Ultimate Weapon)?
Park: I like the story a lot. To my knowledge, it was sold a long time ago. But it won't be a SF film, my 사이버그지만 괜찮아 (I'm a Cyborg, But That's Ok) could become a coming age film, or a youth comedy. I'm writing the script right now. After that, I'll work on my vampire film 이블 라이브 (Evil Live).
Ironically, the title of the vampire film is the same title of the (vampire!) film Lee Byung-Heon was shooting in 쓰리, 먼스터 (Three, Extremes). I bet it'll star Yeom Jung-Ah...
As far as the Manga (later turned into Anime, obviously) goes, it's also known as Sakano. You can get an idea of the plot here
