I love the Royle Family! Very clever writing based around a family in Liverpool. Every episode is based in their house, with them sat around the TV. Think I would recommend a watch before you buy, as its not to everyone taste (people say its slow, and they never seem to see anything happen). Thats because nothing really does happen. Its a clever comedy that you have to watch rather than just have on. Also some people cannot watch a comedy without a laughter track (why do people need to be told when to laugh?) The Office Christmas specials are sitting on my shelf at home. Only been out a week and Ive watched them twice already. Truely the best Brit Sit com for years and years (though im sure you may disagree!) Not much else on at the moment. Have you seen Phoenix Nights with Peter Kay? His shows are great!!
