Twitchvision: Jason Gorber Talks BLUE IS THE WARMEST COLOR and WHEN JEWS WERE FUNNY

Jason Gorber, Featured Critic
With a certain Scorsese film being bumped to a few weeks from now, we had a bit of a lull in major new releases, giving us time to showcase a couple award winning films. The first is Blue Is The Warmest Colour, the Canne-winning film that's generating as much press for its controversy as for the quality of the film Also had a chance to talk about the TIFF-Award winning When Jews Were Funny by stalwart documentarian Allan Zweig.

You guys need a full hour.........it would be great if you and Scott had your own show.....5 minutes is not enough.

Interesting subject for doc, many of my favorite comedians have been jewish, and Yiddish theater had(and still has) a great influence on american comedy, just look at that doc From Shtetl to Swing (2005).

Great work as always Mr Gorber.
