Full Trailer For Banjong's PEE MAK PHRAKANONG

Todd Brown, Founder and Editor
A young man goes to war and upon his return unwittingly weds a ghost. That's the setup for Banjong Pisanthanakun's Pee Mak Phrakanong, a comedic spin on the popular Thai Mae Nak ghost story. We've been following this one closely for a good while now - find links to posters and earlier teasers below - for good reason: As co-director of Shutter and Alone, Pisanthanakun is one of the leaders of Thai horror and he's making his return here to the genre that made his name, albeit throwing in a comic twist.

With the Thai release edging up soon a full trailer - about twice the length of the previous teaser, and featuring a lot more of the story - has just arrived. Check it below.
