First Shot From Bong's SNOWPIERCER

Todd Brown, Founder and Editor
The world has plunged into a new iceage, the last survivors are loaded on to a train headed nowhere, and Song Kang-ho is stuck in coach. That's the message behind the first official still from Bong Joon-ho's Snowpiercer.

Adapted from a French graphic novel, Snowpiercer marks the English language debut from the director of The Host, Mother, and Memories of Murder with an international cast that includes Tilda Swinton, Jamie Bell, John Hurt and Chris Evans. With a 2013 release planned, can a trailer be far behind?
Around the Internet:
  • Al Young

Isn't the kid being carried by Song Kang-ho is Ko Ah-Sung? Its deja vu all over again from The Host.

  • Joe Foolio

If I was to hazard a guess I'd say that the kid is Griffin Seymour, he is in the cast list as "boy".

  • Elijah

I really wish I understood any French to read the comic first. The premise in general is just wildly intriguing, to me.

  • ughdoom

Most anticipated film of 2013 for me.

  • Michael

With this amount of talent involved I get giddy every time I read about this. It's release can't come soon enough. I might actually go to a theater.

  • CHUD

    Same here.

  • Hanajun Chung

    yup

  • Josh Parmer

Me four!!! Just bought the blu-rays for The Host and Mother in anticipation.
