Edgar Wright Teams With JJ Abrams For COLLIDER

Edgar Wright's dance card is filling up fast. Already prepping his third collaboration with Simon Pegg and Nick Frost - The World's End - to shoot this fall, Wright also has Marvel's Ant Man on the docket. And now he's just added another.

Deadline report that Wright has signed on to write, produce and direct a new scifi project for Paramount titled Collider. On the writing front Wright will collaborate with Mark Protosevich, who scripted the upcoming Oldboy remake. On the producing side the team is Wright, his long time producer Nira Park and Bad Robot honcho JJ Abrams.

There is no word yet on timeline or any specific plot details.
