HBO Passes On Spike Lee's Boxing Drama DA BRICK
It appears that Spike Lee's boxing drama Da Brick will not be coming to TV screens near you anytime soon after all.
Attack The Block star John Boyega was attached as lead in the series based loosely on the life of a young Mike Tyson, with Tyson himself involved as a producer. The trio of Tyson, Lee and Boyega was enough to spark widespread excitement when the pilot order was made public but apparently HBO have now passed on the show and it will not continue to series.
