Frankly speaking, I have no idea what Tsuburaya's ウルトラゾーン 番宣スポット actually is. I had assumed that it was one of the straight to video precursors to the upcoming Ultraman Saga but the titles don't match and there does not appear to be any English language information about this one anywhere.
What I do know is that the literal title translates to Ultra Sun Spot Number Zones and it features a number of tokusatsu villains adapting - badly - to daily life.
