APPLESEED XIII is a project that consists of a 13-part anime series and 2 feature films. The project is an adaptation of the Appleseed manga by GHOST IN THE SHELL author Masamune Shirow, which Shinji Aramaki's previous movies APPLESEED and APPLESEED EX MACHINA were also based on.
