Hobbits And Wizards And Dwarves, Oh My! First Images From Jackson's THE HOBBIT.
Need a fix from Peter Jackson's The Hobbit? Entertainment Weekly has got it for you in the form of a trio of images from the set. Up above you get the first look at Martin Freeman as Bilbo Baggins as he reads a letter from the wizard Gandalf introducing him to the room full of dwarves in the background. In other shots on the EW site you get Gandalf taking a smoke break and a behind the scenes shot of Jackson working with Freeman.
Set design is spot on to the work in The Lord Of The Rings - no surprise there - with the only real news being the chance to see how Freeman and the dwarves look in costume. Which is quite good, I think.
