Max Headroom, A Pasty John Connor, The Jerk From TITANIC And The T-X Go To Uwe Boll's DARFUR

Yep, it's an Uwe Boll two-pack today - see below for his apocalypse picture The Final Storm - because that's just how we do things here at Twitch.  The German Doctor has two pictures debuting at the American Film Market this year, this much more serious-minded one being the second.  Here's the synopsis:

Since 2003 the crisis in Darfur has claimed the lives of over 300,000 civilians. 2,8 million Darfuri have been displaced within Sudan. The JANJAWEED MILITIY & SUDANESE GOVERNMENT FORCES have been responsible for the majority of the rape, torture and murder. 3,8 million people are dependent on international humanitarian aid. One half of these people are beyond the reach of such help.

In 2009 a group of international Journalists visited a village in the Darfur region under the protection of the AFRICAN UNION (AU).

They were never the same again ...

Between this and his Max Schmeling bio-pic Boll is clearly trying to move into more respectable film making territory and, honestly, this doesn't look horrible.  Not worth polishing up Oscar for, but it doesn't make me want to cry.  Billy Zane, Matt Frewer, Kristanna Loken and Edward Furlong star.
